Joe Santoro has extensive experience in golf course management, currently serving as Senior Assistant Superintendent at Snowmass Club since May 2023. Prior positions include Assistant Golf Course Superintendent at Indian Hill Club from April 2021 to January 2023, and Assistant Superintendent at Roaring Fork Club from November 2017 to April 2021. Joe also held the role of 2nd Assistant Superintendent at Essex County Club for a brief period in 2017, after completing summer internships at Old Sandwich Golf Club and The Quechee Club in 2016 and 2015, respectively. Early experience includes ground staff positions at Essex Fells Country Club Inc and Colgate University 7 Oaks Golf Course from 2014 to 2013.
