Maris Kout-Balstra

Maris(ka) Kout-Balstra is currently a skilerares at SnowWorld since October 2024, while also co-owning 4Walls systeemwandaccessoires, a company specializing in the sale and distribution of wall accessory systems. From August 2017 to December 2024, Maris(ka) served as a subsidy coordinator, data analyst, and 1-on-1 student guide at Blosse, focusing on grant applications and accountability. Maris(ka) holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Economie Recht from Inholland University and has undertaken various educational programs, including training as a ski instructor and fitness trainer. Other notable experiences include managing a webshop and providing advisory services in human resources and case management. Currently enrolled in the Sociale Academie Utrecht, Maris(ka) is advancing expertise in social therapy and coaching.
