Arlene dela Cruz

Arlene Dela Cruz is a seasoned civil and structural engineer currently serving as the Lead Civil/Structural Engineer for Snowy Hydro Limited, where responsibilities include reviewing design deliverables and managing design processes for the Snowy 2.0 project. Prior experience encompasses roles as Technical Manager for Civil/Structural at First Gen Corporation and various engineering positions at Jacobs and Fluor Corporation, reflecting strong expertise in hydropower and structural engineering. Arlene holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Mapúa University. Currently, Arlene is pursuing an Executive MBA at AGSM @ UNSW Business School and has undertaken PhD studies in Civil Engineering at the University of the Philippines.
