Sandra Dodds

Sandra Dodds is a highly experienced business executive who has held senior leadership roles in some of Australia's largest infrastructure and engineering companies. Sandra is currently a Non-Executive Director at Snowy Hydro, and was previously with Beca, OceanaGold Corporation and MACA Ltd.

Sandra has a proven track record in delivering improved business performance through effective strategic planning, business improvement initiatives and information technology management. Sandra has also been responsible for the successful implementation of the Balanced Scorecard methodology across 7 divisions of Downer Group.

In their role as Chief Executive Urban Infrastructure at Broadspectrum, Sandra was responsible for the company's operations in the transport, water, power and communications sectors. Sandra successfully delivered improved operational performance and profitability during their 4 years in the role.

Sandra is a graduate of the University of Queensland and holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Melbourne.

Sandra Dodds is a GAICD and Chartered Accountant who has been a Fellow since 2001. Sandra has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Otago and is an expert in accounting.
