Estefania Barsante, PCC, is the Founder and CEO of EB HR & Coaching, where Estefania has coached over 300 individuals across various cultures and industries since November 2016. In addition to leading HR projects focused on employee journey, culture mapping, and leadership development, Estefania serves as a Leadership Communications Coach and Facilitator for SNP Communications, a Leadership and DEI Coach and Facilitator at the Positive Psychology Coaching and Diversity Institute, and a Founding Member of The Expat Woman network. Past roles include Mindset Coach at Date with the Muse, HR and Workshop Facilitator at tinyB Chocolate, HR Specialist at Wildlife Studios, and Head of Human Resources at Mobly. Estefania holds an MBA in Business Administration from FGV and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, complemented by various specialized studies and programs from prestigious institutions such as Stanford University.
