Richard Hickingbotham

Richard Hickingbotham is an experienced professional with a strong background in project delivery and customer success. Currently serving as the Head of Customer & Partner Success for UK/I & Nordics at SNP Group since March 2017, Richard is responsible for programme and project delivery while ensuring client satisfaction. Previously, Richard held various roles at Ricardo plc from January 2008 to February 2017, including Business Systems Manager and IT Programme Manager, focusing on strategic planning and application software development in the automotive industry. Richard's earlier experience at Fujifilm Sericol from August 1992 to November 2007 encompasses IT Project Manager and Business Analyst roles, where significant contributions to ERP business systems and operational efficiency were made. Richard holds a BSc in Manufacturing Systems Management from the University of East London.
