Stephen Hughes

Stephen Hughes is an accomplished SAP technical consultant with extensive expertise in data management and migration strategies. Since July 2015, Stephen has served as the Head of Technical Delivery at SNP Group, following roles as Senior Manager and Data Migration Lead Consultant. Prior to this, Stephen worked at HCL AXON from May 2010 to June 2015 as a Managing Consultant. Stephen's career began at Siemens, where from September 1989 to May 2010, Stephen held the position of Principal Consultant and played a key role in data migration strategy, data harmonization, and interface design. Stephen possesses strong development skills in the SAP ABAP environment and the IBM Information Server toolset, along with experience in managing software development teams. Stephen holds a BSc Hons in Industrial Studies from Sheffield Hallam University, earned between 1979 and 1983.
