Marlon Kisteman

Marlon Kisteman is an experienced professional with a background in project management, operations management, and human resources, currently serving as a member of the Raad van Toekomst at SNS Bank since September 2023. Previous roles include Human Resources and Product Owner at Cherry and NederlandReview, respectively. Prior to these positions, Marlon held the title of Manager of Operations at AWESUM, focusing on process improvements, HR tasks, and client relationship management. Marlon's career began with roles in interaction design and project management, gaining experience in customer communication, project planning, and team leadership across various organizations. Marlon holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Multimedia Design with a specialization in Interaction Design from HAN University of Applied Sciences, complemented by degrees in AV-production photography and completion of secondary education with a focus on theoretical studies.
