Coleman Nelson is the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of SNS Capital Group, LLC since April 2015. Coleman is responsible for leading the finance and asset management functions of the company. In addition, they co-founded and serves as the CFO of SNS Management LLC, with a mission to deliver the feeling of home to residents.
Coleman also worked as a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant at Phillips Edison & Company from January 2016 to May 2018. Coleman provided financial reporting for multiple REITs, private investment funds, and joint ventures.
Prior to that, Coleman worked as a Financial Accountant at The Hillman Group from June 2014 to January 2016. Coleman also gained experience as an Experienced Assurance Associate at PwC from August 2012 to June 2014, where they provided audit services to clients in the retail industry.
Coleman began their career as an Associate Auditor at BYU Office of Compliance and Audit from October 2009 to May 2012. Coleman worked under direct supervision in performing investigative audits and detailed control testing over various university departments.
Additionally, Coleman interned as an Assurance Intern at PwC for a brief period from January 2011 to March 2011.
Coleman Nelson attended Brigham Young University from 2005 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science and Master of Accountancy degree with a specialization in Accounting. After completing their education, they received additional certifications. In May 2013, they became an Inactive Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Accountancy Board of Ohio. Additionally, in February 2013, they obtained the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Institute of Management Accountants.

SNS Management was formed in 2016, but it's founders have over 25 years of real estate and property management experience combined.
