Omar Cherroud

Omar Cherroud is an experienced professional in the engineering and transport sector, currently serving as Chef de Division Equipements at SNTL Group since March 2020. In this role, Omar ensures optimal availability of rolling stock for transport operations, manages maintenance costs, certifies invoices related to maintenance contracts, and develops technical specifications for acquisitions. Previously, Omar held various technical and managerial positions at Scania Maroc, where responsibilities included overseeing action plans, managing customer relationships, and handling warranty claims. Earlier career experiences also include a technical role at Ménara Holding and a production management position at MAN MAROC. Omar holds a Diploma of Engineer in Electromechanical Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Rabat.
