Brandon Tietz is an experienced professional in customer service and graphic design, currently working as a Customer Service Representative at SnugZ USA since December 2022, where a focus on enhancing team performance and resolving customer inquiries has been paramount. Prior experience includes roles such as Account Specialist, also at SnugZ USA, where Brandon contributed to increased sales through virtual mockup creation and follow-up on large orders.
