RaNell Lefler

RaNell Lefler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and financial management. As the Founder and Leadership & Performance Coach at Leeding Healthy, LLC since April 2024, RaNell has focused on enhancing organizational performance. With a longstanding tenure at SnugZ USA starting in May 2008, RaNell has held various key roles, including Chief Process Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Controller, and Staff Accountant. RaNell is also a member of the Institute of Management Accountants since January 2013. Academically, RaNell holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Dixie State University, with ongoing studies in Leadership and Performance Coaching at Brown University School of Professional Studies since September 2023.
