Lakade Simon Peter

Lakade Simon Peter is a multi-disciplinary professional with over six years of experience in value chain and market systems development focused on food and agriculture in Uganda. They have worked with organizations such as Mercy Corps and DAI Global, facilitating business development, financial inclusion, and innovative partnerships to enhance livelihoods for small and medium-sized enterprises. Currently, Lakade serves as an Access to Finance & Private Sector Development Advisor at SNV, where they design strategies to improve access to finance for farmers. They are pursuing a Master's degree in Development Economics at Uganda Martyrs University, building upon a solid educational background that includes a degree in Business Administration and Management. Lakade is committed to fostering economic growth, resilience, and social prosperity in their communities.
