Kajol Daksh

Kajol Daksh has a variety of work experience in different roles and industries. In 2019, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at Lemon Tree Hotels, where they focused on employee documentation and engagement activities. In 2020, they worked as a Data Entry Operator at Scientific Testing Lab. In 2021, Kajol joined Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd as an Account Executive, where they specialized in SAP implementation, bill auditing, and apprentice stipend processing. Currently, Kajol is working at SNVA Ventures as a Human Resources Executive, responsible for recruiting strategies, interviews, candidate sourcing, and employee engagement.

Kajol Daksh completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from Swami Vivekananda Subharti University in Meerut. Kajol attended this university from 2014 to 2017. Afterward, they pursued further education and enrolled in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Uttrakhand Technical University in Dehradun. Kajol specialized in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and completed their MBA from 2018 to 2020.
