Program Manager, Army Accounts at SNVC

James Torres has a diverse work experience in various management roles. James started their career at Boeing in 1984, where they held various positions until 1997. During this time, they managed a technical support team for the DOD US Army Reserves and National Guard Component, providing engineering services and LAN/WAN management.

From 2000 to 2002, Torres worked at SAIC as a Manager for Systems & Sustainment - RCAS, where they managed technical support services for the DOD US Army Reserves and National Guard Component. James oversaw application software maintenance, system verification, and engineering consultation.

Since 2012, Torres has been the Program Manager for Army Accounts at SNVC. James provides leadership and management of the company's personnel and resources in support of key Army projects positioned across the United States. James is responsible for a financial plan exceeding $4.4 million annually.

James Torres studied Business Administration at Northern Virginia Community College. However, the exact duration of their education and whether they completed a degree is unknown.
