James Torres

James Torres has a diverse work experience in various management roles. James started their career at Boeing in 1984, where they held various positions until 1997. During this time, they managed a technical support team for the DOD US Army Reserves and National Guard Component, providing engineering services and LAN/WAN management.

From 2000 to 2002, Torres worked at SAIC as a Manager for Systems & Sustainment - RCAS, where they managed technical support services for the DOD US Army Reserves and National Guard Component. James oversaw application software maintenance, system verification, and engineering consultation.

In 2002, Torres became the Deputy Project Manager for the Distributed Training Technology Program (DTTP) at SAIC. James managed the project's daily operations, which involved converting ATM-based networking solutions to IP-based enterprise and delivering multimedia courseware.

From 2003 to 2004, Torres worked as a Manager Support Services for the Automated Information Technology System (AITS) Program Management Office at SAIC. James provided project management and technical support in system engineering, security, release management, and network engineering.

Torres then joined SNVC in 2005, first as a Project Engineer for the Army Knowledge Online (AKO) program, where they provided project management and oversight of contract-based projects and tasks. James later became the Project Manager for AKO/Defense Knowledge Online Program Services, successfully delivering various services such as project management, wireless engineering, software and hardware maintenance management, and program support.

Since 2012, Torres has been the Program Manager for Army Accounts at SNVC. James provides leadership and management of the company's personnel and resources in support of key Army projects positioned across the United States. James is responsible for a financial plan exceeding $4.4 million annually.

James Torres studied Business Administration at Northern Virginia Community College. However, the exact duration of their education and whether they completed a degree is unknown.
