Kathy Snyder

Kathy Snyder has a substantial work experience spanning over several years and in various roles. Kathy began their career as a Catering Manager at Hyatt Regency Buffalo from June 1985 to September 1989. Kathy then joined Beaver Hollow Conference Center as a VP of Sales from September 1989 to November 2006. At Olympic Management Systems, they served as VP of Sales and Marketing from November 2006 to November 2007. Later, Kathy worked at Snyder Corporation as EVP of Sales and Marketing starting from November 2007. Currently, they hold the position of President/COO at Beaver Hollow Conference Center/Biggest Loser Resort Niagara since November 2011.

Kathy Snyder attended Cornell University from 1979 to 1983, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration. Following that, they pursued further education at The Culinary Institute of America from 1983 to 1985, completing an Associates degree in Culinary Arts.
