Gerald Crescione is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer advocacy, community building, and marketing across various technology companies. Currently serving as the Lead Customer Advocacy Manager at Snyk since November 2021, Gerald focuses on enhancing customer relationships and managing the Snyk Ambassadors Program. Previous roles at Snyk include Lead Program Manager for DevRel, contributing to the expansion of developer relations initiatives. Gerald founded CloudSkiff driftctl, leading its acquisition as Chief Marketing Officer and played key roles in other organizations such as SquareScale and Differential Marketing, co-founding innovative startups and agencies. Gerald's professional journey began in trade marketing at Go Sport and marketing leadership at Canson & Montgolfier Deutschland, supported by a Master's in Economics and an MBA in International Business from recognized universities.
