Micah Silverman

Micah Silverman is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of DevSecOps Acceleration at Snyk since September 2021, Micah previously worked as the Lead Developer Advocate at Split and as a Senior Developer Advocate at Okta, Inc., contributing to secure technology solutions. A founding member and organizer of Code Strong Island, Micah has facilitated networking and learning opportunities for local software engineers. Additional experience includes roles such as Developer Evangelist at Stormpath, Senior Software Engineer at Work Market, VP of Technology at Didit Search Marketing, Director of Collaboration Technology at Kinetic Fin, and President of M*Power Internet Services, Inc. Micah also served as an Adjunct Professor at New York University. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Computer and Information Sciences from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
