Oana Șipoș

Oana Șipoș is a seasoned professional in the technology and education sectors, currently serving as a Senior R&D Academy Program Manager at Snyk since September 2023. With a strong background in designing learning experiences for ICT teachers through Asociatia Techsoup Romania, Oana has also co-founded Women in Tech Cluj, fostering a supportive community for women in the industry. As an organizer of the JSHeroes conference and a former software developer at Fortech, Oana has contributed significantly to the tech landscape in Romania. Additional roles include ambassador for Code Week, advisor at Wolfpack Digital, and educator at Transylvania College, highlighting a commitment to both professional growth and education in programming.
