Ryan Higginson-Scott

Ryan Higginson-Scott has a diverse work experience history spanning multiple industries. Starting in 1999, they worked as a Performance/Operations Manager for the American Repertory Theatre at Harvard University. From 2005 to 2012, they held the role of Associate Director HR | HRIS Manager at Suffolk University, where they oversaw HR systems, analytics, talent acquisition, and people management. In 2012, Ryan joined Ahold as a Manager of HRIS Strategy. In this role, they focused on HRIS strategy and implementation. In 2014, Ryan transitioned to Biogen as a Manager of HR Process Improvement, where they contributed to HR transformation efforts and technology implementation. Following this, they joined Optimizely in 2015, where they developed and led the People Operations, Systems & Services function. Ryan also worked at PeopleDoc Inc. as an Enablement Partner - HR4HR before joining Fuze in 2018. At Fuze, Ryan held various roles, including Director of Global Benefits & HR Operations and Senior Director of Global People Operations. In 2021, they joined Thrasio as part of the People Operations team and later moved to Snyk as the Senior Director and Vice President of Global People Services. Ryan's experience includes strategic planning, HR operations, HR technology, process and policy design, talent management, and employee relations.

Ryan Higginson-Scott has completed coursework for a Master of Science (MS) in Information Systems at Northeastern University. Ryan also holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Business (BSBA) from Suffolk University. Prior to their college education, Ryan attended Boston College High School and obtained a High School Diploma with a focus on Humanities. In addition to their formal education, Ryan has obtained certifications in Diversity & Inclusion from eCornell and NIMS Business Continuity Training from FEMA. Ryan is also pursuing certifications as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional and a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
