Sara Hanks

Sara Hanks is an advisor at Sō.Capital, a position they have held since December 2010. Prior to that, they were general counsel at the Congressional Oversight Panel from January 2009 to December 2010. From January 1990 to December 2009, they were a partner at Clifford Chance LLP. Sara began their career as chief of the Office of International Corporate Finance at the Securities and Exchange Commission from January 1986 to December 1990.

Sara Hanks has a Master of Arts degree in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford.
