Andy Hicks is an experienced operations professional with a diverse background in the mining and construction industries. Currently serving as Operations Ponds Supervisor at SO4 since January 2023, Andy has previously held roles as Operations Supervisor and Production Supervisor at Salt Lake Potash Ltd/SO4 from October 2021 to May 2023 and October 2019 to December 2021, respectively. Prior experience includes working as an Excavator Operator at Salt Lake Potash Ltd and as Working Director at Hicks Civils Pty Ltd, where responsibilities included management of daily operations and client coordination. Andy Hicks completed education at Our Lady's RC High School from 1980 to 1985.

SO4 is engaged in the production of Sulphate of Potash (SOP) products from the Lake Way asset, which is located in the Goldfields region of Western Australia, 15 kilometers south of Wiluna. Our strategic focus on SOP is motivated by excellent market fundamentals, due to the growth in demand for fertilizers, including SOP, which is driven by the world’s need to feed growing populations from shrinking arable land resulting in the need to improve agricultural yields.
