Arjan van Bijnen

Arjan van Bijnen has extensive experience in communication and project leadership, currently serving as a Communication Advisor and Project Leader at Soa Aids Nederland since October 2015, focusing on sexual health for men who have sex with men (MSM). From October 2015 to October 2023, Arjan led campaigns for H-TEAM, a collaboration aimed at eliminating HIV transmission in Amsterdam. Arjan founded Toren Communicatie, a content marketing agency for SMEs and media companies, and held roles in various organizations including Mediafacts and Veronica Magazine BV, where leadership in digital content creation was key. Arjan's early career includes editorial and communication positions at Jong Management VNO-NCW, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, and Stichting Hoezo/Expreszo. Arjan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Sciences from Open Universiteit and has a robust educational background featuring studies at Fontys University and Universiteit voor Humanistiek.
