Farrukh Shabbir

Farrukh Shabbir started working as a Recruiter at Online Giants in March 2017 and held this position until September 2020. In October 2020, Farrukh joined SOAL Technologies - Perfect Hire, Guaranteed! as a Tech Talent Recruiter. In this role, Farrukh worked closely with the Talent Acquisition Client Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Leaders to understand staffing needs and develop a proactive recruitment strategy. They implemented various sourcing methods, such as social media, internet and database mining, to attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants for vacancies.

Farrukh Shabbir pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Commerce, General from Karachi University. After completing their bachelor's degree, they went on to pursue a Master's degree in Economics from the same university.
