Oluwadara Onaolapo

Oluwadara Onaolapo has a diverse work experience. In 2016, they worked at Promenad Nigeria Limited as a Product Owner, where they were responsible for creating user stories, managing sprints, and supporting testing activities. From 2020 to 2020, they worked at AIB as a Customer Service Advisor, handling customer complaints and queries and maintaining client relationships. Currently, they are employed at SoapBox Labs as a Product Owner-Technical, where they facilitate scrum ceremonies, manage the product backlog, and collaborate with stakeholders to define user stories and criteria.

Oluwadara Onaolapo completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management from Dublin Business School. This degree was earned between 2019 and 2020. Prior to that, Oluwadara Onaolapo obtained a Bachelor's degree in History and International Relations from Redeemer's University, which was earned between 2012 and 2016. Additionally, Oluwadara Onaolapo has obtained several certifications, including Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) from the International Scrum Institute in January 2022, Creative Collaboration from LinkedIn in April 2020, and is currently pursuing the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance, with an expected completion in April 2023.
