Nhi Tran

Nhi Tran is an experienced internal auditor currently working at SOAProjects, Inc. since October 2021. Previous experience includes serving as an audit associate at Grant Thornton LLP from September 2020 to September 2021, and as a tax preparer at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. for a brief period in early 2020. Nhi held the position of Vice President of Career at Beta Alpha Psi from January 2019 to February 2020, while also working as a campus ambassador for Wiley CPA - Accounting & Tax Professionals during the same timeframe. Additionally, Nhi contributed as a tax preparer and intake specialist for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, assisting low-income individuals with tax preparation. An internship at KPMG Vietnam occurred in the summer of 2018, focusing on transfer pricing within the tax and corporation department. Nhi Tran earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting and a minor in Communication and Media Studies from San Jose State University, and an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Ohlone College. Education was completed at Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
