Ron Essex has extensive work experience in financial planning and analysis. Ron is currently the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at SOAR365. Prior to that, they served as the Director of FP&A at LLFlooring, where they established a new FP&A team and implemented a more efficient annual planning process. Before LLFlooring, Ron was the Senior Director of Planning and Analysis at NTELOS, where they led the annual budget and multi-year forecast processes and provided financial leadership to Sales & Marketing. Ron also worked as the Regional Manager/Director of Finance at PrimeCo Personal Communications, where they managed a team and performed comprehensive financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting. Ron has experience in financial analysis at Crestar Bank, loan operations supervision at Freddie Mac, and auditing at First American Bank.
Ron Essex earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business, specializing in Business.
