Lauren Hart

Lauren Hart is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in leadership and customer service roles. As a Program Leader at SOAR Afterschool Program since September 2022, Lauren manages a group of elementary-aged children, fostering a motivating and engaging learning environment. Previous experience includes a Project Intern position at the European Institute of Innovation for Sustainability in summer 2023, and serving as an Operations Team Member at Goodwill Industries of Arkansas, where responsibilities included customer interaction and maintaining store organization. Additionally, Lauren worked as Customer Service Staff at Boba Latte from August 2018 to March 2020, where duties involved product maintenance and customer satisfaction. Lauren is currently pursuing education at the University of Arkansas, with an anticipated graduation in 2024.
