Richard Stauffer

Richard Stauffer is the Chief Architect at Soar.com. Richard has over 8 years of experience in the software engineering industry. Prior to joining Soar, Richard was a software engineer at Kareo, where they continued the development and maintenance of an old thick-client .net application and transitioned to building out new products in a fully web native service oriented architecture. Richard also spent a year at Medl Mobile as a software engineer, where they quickly iterated on projects in 3-6 week development cycles before release and refined engineering practices to ensure maximum development efficiency. Richard is passionate about building high-quality products and is always experimenting with new technologies to stay ahead of the curve.

Richard Stauffer has a degree in software engineering from the Art Institute of Orange County. Richard has worked in the media arts field for many years and is currently a professor at the school.

Richard Stauffer reports to Paul Allen, CEO. They work with Clint Carlos - Co-Founder & Chief Revenue Officer, Domenic Merenda - Chief Product Officer, Head of Engineering.
