Kannan D.R.

Kannan D.R. has held a variety of roles in the tech industry over the course of their career. Kannan started as a Senior Database Consultant at TMP Worldwide in 1998, then moved on to Manager Database Systems at NewMarkets International in 2001. Kannan then worked as a Database Architect at ETrade in 2002, followed by an Architect role at PsPrint in 2005. From 2009 to 2020, they held the role of Enterprise Architect at SunPower Corporation, where they drove the architectural direction and technology roadmap. In 2011, Kannan founded and became President of the Aarna and Aanya Foundation For TTTS. In 2015, they founded Infiswift and served as Founder & Board of Director, Founder & Chairman of the Board, and Founder and CEO. In 2017, they joined Aspiricx as Chief Executive Officer & Chief Architect, where they partnered with US Olympic swimmers and industry leaders to develop game-changing products. Finally, in 2020, Kannan joined LiveRamp as an Enterprise Architect.

Kannan D.R. has a varied educational background, beginning with a Bachelor of Science in Electronics from Bharathiar University from 1988 to 1990. Kannan then went on to achieve a Master of Science in Applied Electronics from PSG College of Arts and Science from 1991 to 1994. Most recently, they completed the Technology Leadership Program from MIT Professional Education from 2019 to 2021, focusing on Organizational Leadership, digital technologies and innovations. Kannan has also obtained two additional certifications, SUMMIT 2022: Change Data Captured from Snowflake in June 2022 and Technology Leadership Program from MIT Professional Education in November 2021.
