Michael Murphy is the Principal and Owner of Soar Environmental Consulting, Inc., a DVBE Certified Small Business, since July 2014. Prior to this role, Michael served as Senior Manager of Environmental and Regulatory Compliance for Southern California Edison from June 2010 to May 2014, where responsibilities included directing a team focused on ensuring compliance for hydroelectric facilities and negotiating FERC Licenses for multiple divisions using both Traditional and Alternative Licensing Processes.
