Jessica Hren

Jessica Hren has been working in the professional field since 2009. Jessica began their career at Palace Sports & Entertainment as a Guest Services Representative. In 2012, they joined SOAR Learning, Inc. as the Executive Director of Operations. Jessica also served as the Marketing Systems Engineer, where they created processes to track data from various online marketing tools, wrote press releases, authored weekly newsletters, managed 15 social media accounts, copywrote sales copy, generated targeted emails, designed a quality control system, project-managed 6-8 projects per month, resolved customer questions and concerns, prepared visuals/presentations, analyzed the company budget, proposed budget cuts, designed and implemented a customer order fulfillment audit, and co-designed a presentational app for teachers.

Jessica Hren graduated from Michigan State University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication. Prior to that, they attended Lake Orion High School from 2007 to 2011.
