Kiera Fegan (She/Her)

Kiera Fegan has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Kiera started their career at Stacy's Early Childhood Center in 2016, where they served as an Office Administrator. In this role, they were responsible for product ordering, building maintenance, staff hiring and scheduling, and enrollment correspondence.

In 2018, Kiera joined Soar Technology, Inc. as an HR Generalist. Kiera later took on the role of Human Resources Manager in October 2020. Kiera is currently still working in this role, which involves managing various HR functions within the company.

Prior to their time at Soar Technology, Kiera worked at Eastern Michigan University from 2015 to 2018. Kiera initially served as an Audio Visual Technician in the Student Center, where they contributed to event planning and utilized their customer service skills and knowledge of technology functions. Later, they became a Graduate Assistant, supporting various functions within the university.

Kiera Fegan (She/Her) obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Eastern Michigan University. Kiera attended the university from 2013 to 2016. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Eastern Michigan University, specializing in Marketing/Marketing Management, General. Kiera completed their MBA from 2016 to 2018.
