Esaul Helena

Esaul Helena is currently the COO at Soar. Prior to this, they were a Management Trainee at Enterprise from September 2019 to March 2021. While at Enterprise, they were part of the EWR Best of the Best Program - March 2020 and Top 15 MT-MA November 2020 - February 2021. Before Enterprise, they were the Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer at Crowdking from January 2017 to August 2019.

Previously, Helena was the Vice President Of Business Development at Wedu VR, Inc. from December 2016 to August 2019. Prior to that, they were the Student Government President at William Paterson University of New Jersey from June 2015 to May 2017. As Student Government President, Helena managed 50+ Student Senators, 2 Full-Time employees, and 85 Student Organizations. They were also the liaison between the Student Body and the University Administration. During their time as Student Government President, Helena managed and oversaw the spending of $1,100,000 student activity budget ensuring investments were made proportionally across all aspects of the campus community. Additionally, they introduced and implemented a Programming Investment Initiative that gave students and student organizations access to an additional $250,000 to fund additional services/activities. Helena also institutionalized a Sexual Assault Prevention awareness program at the University and created and provided the initial investment to create the Pioneer food pantry to address meal insecurity amongst my constituents.

Esaul Helena has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from William Paterson University of New Jersey.

They are on a team with Nicholas Castellucci - Cofounder & Director of Engineering, Max Ellinger - Product Marketing Manager. Esaul Helena reports to Anthony Fenu, Cofounder & CEO.
