Cuong N. has over nine years of work experience in software engineering. Cuong started their career in 2011 at Starseed and FPT Software, both as a Software Engineer. In 2013, they joined Binumi as a Senior Software Engineer and was promoted to Development Team Lead. In 2016, they moved to ZINIO as a Senior Software Engineer and was later promoted to Technical Leader. In 2020, Cuong joined Soaren Management as a Software Engineer. During their time at ZINIO, they designed REST API and microservice architecture, managed magazine reading service with 100 million requests in daily traffic, implemented code review, led a team of six software developers, provided 70% content of apple news+, and created a tool allowing users to generate magazine templates and publish across multiple channels. At Binumi, they reviewed code and ensured high quality and team productivity, resolved critical issues on production with Customer Success Team, and performed analysis and extracted production data for Marketing Team.
