Tim Attwaters has been working in the technology industry since 1994. Tim began their career at MIC Computers as a Technical Manager, where they directed three support system engineers and provided on-site computer service and maintenance for commercial and residential customers. In 1998, they moved to Demon Broadband as a Front-line Help Desk Specialist, providing technical support via telephone and e-mail to identify and resolve commercial and residential customer Internet problems. In 2001, they joined Extreme Internet as a Help Desk Manager, providing technical support in person and via telephone to clients and Front-line Helpdesk agents. In 2005, they began working at Sage as a QA Engineer, where they designed, wrote and executed test plans for complex systems, as well as tracked, reported and analyzed documentation. From 2013 to 2021, they worked at Health Endeavors as a Lead QA Engineer, and they are currently employed at Soaren Management as both a Software Quality Assurance Manager and a Software Quality Assurance Engineer.
