Hisham Eid

Hisham Eid currently serves as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Soarion Credit Union, where responsibilities include shaping the organization's technological vision and driving digital transformation while fostering a collaborative culture. Prior to this role, Hisham held various positions at Credit Human, including Manager of Project Delivery in the PMO, where the focus was on improving project delivery through system design and data-driven decision-making, and Voice of Member & Experience Manager, overseeing member engagement initiatives. Hisham's career began at The University of Texas at San Antonio, contributing as a GIS Specialist and Economic Researcher in data analysis for regional projects. Hisham holds a B.B.A. in Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio and has completed executive education at the Consumer Bankers Association Executive Banking School.
