Luis Toro

Luis Toro has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Luis started their career in 1989 at Schlumberger as a Technical Staff member, where they were involved in implementing new systems and providing training. Luis then became the Operations Manager from 1990 to 1992. Later, they worked as a Base Manager from 1993 to 1996 and as an IPM Manager for Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru from 1997 to 1999. In 1999, Toro became the General Manager and Owner of HL Systems, a position they held until 2017. From 2014 to present, they have been the Chief Information Officer at Sobel Westex, also taking on the role of Process Improvement Consultant and Business Analyst from 2014 to 2017.

Luis Toro earned their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Economics from New Mexico State University. Luis attended the university from 1979 to 1981.
