Wendy Warrington is the COO at Sober Grid. Wendy has over 16 years of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development. Wendy has a proven track record of leading transformative organizational change and inspiring higher performance in their employees. Wendy is a strategic thinker and an excellent communicator. Wendy is able to build strong relationships with their team, senior management, and key stakeholders. Wendy is a subject matter expert on HR, learning and development, and legislation. Wendy is also an expert in onboarding/recruitment programs, performance oversight, and pandemic response strategy development.

Wendy Warrington has a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Toledo in Communication, an Associate's degree from Davis College in Applied Business and Graphic Design, a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci, and a Banking School Certificate from Perry Schools of Banking, Michigan Bankers Association. Wendy is also a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM.
