Cooper Lycan is the founder and CEO of SoBet. They previously served as a Fire Support Officer with the 75th Ranger Regiment, U.S. Army from 2019 to 2022, and as a Company Fire Support Officer for A/2-506 (Easy) from 2018 to 2019. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Systems Design and Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2017.
