Bryan Guscott

Bryan Guscott is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as the Manager of Cyber Security at Sobeys since May 2025. Previously, Bryan worked at Arctic Wolf as a Senior Manager in AI & Data Science from September 2021 to April 2025, where expertise was applied in building a team of data scientists and developing AI/ML models to mitigate cyber risks. Bryan's career includes a significant role at TELUS, leading the Cybersecurity Analytics team to innovate big data solutions against vast amounts of data and pioneering cybersecurity projects as a Lead Engineer. Bryan's early career involved roles at Schneider Electric and Taiyo Industrial Co., Ltd., contributing to expertise in engineering as well. Bryan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary.
