Jai Madhav Menon is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Assistant General Manager at Sobha Ltd. since March 2018, following a promotion to team lead. At Sobha Ltd., a leading backward integrated real estate company, Jai has held various roles, including Senior Manager and Deputy Sales Manager, focusing on luxury sales. Prior to this, Jai worked at BPTP Ltd. from December 2014 to February 2018 as Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager Sales, where responsibilities included driving sales for residential and commercial projects in Gurgaon. Jai's career began at Bonded Bricks Developers Pvt Ltd as a Sales and Marketing Executive.
