Mohit Gupta has a diverse and extensive work experience in the real estate industry. MOHIT began their career in 2007 at Mahindra Holidays & Resort India Limited, where they held various roles including Sr. Executive, Holidays Specialist, Direct Sales Manager, and Manager - Sales. In 2012, they joined the LODHA Group as an Associate General Manager, where they designed and implemented channel-specific schemes for promotion and managed channel payout. MOHIT later served as Deputy General Manager, responsible for executing sales strategies and delivering sales acquisition targets. From 2015 to 2018, Mohit worked as General Manager at LODHA Luxury Collection in the UK, overseeing detailed project sales plans and implementing sales and promotional activities. In 2018, they joined Panchshil Realty as Vice President, Sales and Marketing, where they strategized sales process management and developed positive working relationships with support divisions. Most recently, Mohit joined Sobha Realty in 2020 as Vice President, Sales, where they manage resources and sales processes to achieve business objectives. MOHIT leads diverse sales teams, actively participates in strategic planning, and identifies and hires sales teams to support yearly sales targets.

Mohit Gupta completed the Edhec Management Programme in Business Administration and Management from EDHEC Business School in 2005. In 2007, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business from Technology And Management Jobs. Furthermore, in 2016, they completed a High Impact Leadership program, known as MDP, from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore. Additionally, they completed their higher secondary education (HSC) from Tagore Public School, specializing in English, maths, accounts, and economics.
