Ronak Barola

Ronak Barola has a comprehensive work experience in the finance and accounting field. Ronak is currently the Head of Finance and Accounts at Sobha Realty since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Alghanim Industries as a Finance Manager from June 2021 to May 2023, a Senior Financial Analyst from December 2017 to May 2021, and a Financial Analyst from December 2015 to November 2017.

Before joining Alghanim Industries, Ronak worked as an Executive at Macquarie Group from October 2013 to November 2015. At Macquarie Group, their responsibilities included preparing financial statements and meeting regulatory requirements for various entities.

Ronak also gained experience at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) as an Assistant Manager in the Financial Reporting team from September 2012 to September 2013. Prior to that, they worked as a Management Trainee at GSK from September 2011 to August 2012.

Ronak started their career as a Trainee at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from August 2007 to January 2011, focusing on gaining practical experience in accounting.

In their academic background, Ronak achieved outstanding results during their 12th standard at Central Board of Secondary Education, scoring an average of 95.3% in major subjects like Accounts, Economics, and Business Studies.

Ronak Barola obtained a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 2007 to 2011. Ronak also passed level 2 Exam of the CFA program from the CFA Institute. In 2011 to 2012, they earned a Company Secretary degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Additionally, they pursued a B.Com degree in Commerce from the University of Rajasthan from 2008 to 2010. Ronak Barola holds the certification of Certified Financial Modeller from LEORON Institute, which they obtained in 2016.
