Sheikh Usman

Sheikh Usman currently serves as Assistant Manager at Sobha Realty, leading a team overseeing an inventory of more than 5000 units since October 2022, after previously holding the position of Senior Executive in CRM, where responsibilities included post-sales support and collaboration with the construction department. Prior to Sobha Realty, Sheikh Usman worked as a Facilities Service Engineer at Fujseng Construction LLC, where a new Facility Management department was established, and served as a Service/Facility Engineer for assets across Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi. Earlier experience includes a role as a Sales Engineer at ODO International LLC. Sheikh Usman holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Sharda University and a Master of Technology in Structural Engineering from Himalayan University, in addition to completing high school at Tyndale Biscoe.
