Ferdinand Swart

Ferdinand Swart has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Ferdinand started their career as the Director of Product Development at SriToys in 1990 and later became the Chairman of Sri Toys International Pvt Ltd in 1991. In 1989, they joined Sri Toys Pvt Ltd as the Director of Design. Ferdinand also worked as the Chairman of Art & Craft Trading International Pvt Ltd from an unknown start date until 2005. Ferdinand then served as a Change Agent at Independent starting in 2005. From 2008 to 2014, Ferdinand was a facilitator at SriToys. In 2012, they became the Coordinator at GoodGoalGroup.com until 2015. Ferdinand initiated Tree-Credits.org in 2009 and worked on it until 2015. In 2014, Ferdinand joined none and all as a holistic thinker. Ferdinand became the Chairman of Stichting Tree Credits Foundation in 2015 and the Initiator of Tree Coin Venture in 2016.

Ferdinand Swart completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Industrial and Product Design from Delft University of Technology between 1972 and 1983. In 2013, they attended the University of Pennsylvania for a short period to study Gamification, although they did not obtain a degree specifically in this field.
