Ixora Aristigueta-Becerra

Ixora Aristigueta-Becerra, SHRM-CP, serves as the Director of Talent Management at The Sobrato Organization since July 2024. Previously, Ixora held the position of Talent Director at the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation from June 2018 to September 2024 and served as Global HR Business Partner at CARE from 2014 to 2018, managing HR for over 300 employees across various locations. Ixora was the Human Resources Director at the Center for the Visually Impaired from 2012 to 2014 and the Human Resources Manager at the Jewish Community Center from 2007 to 2011. Ixora started in the HR field as a Generalist at HCA/Westside Regional Medical Center from 2002 to 2006. Ixora is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management at Western Governors University and has obtained the SHRM-CP certification.
