Richard E Moore Jr is an experienced security professional with a diverse background in protective operations, law enforcement, and tactical management. Currently serving as a Personal Security Specialist at SOC LLC since May 2018, Richard is responsible for a range of protective security functions, including leading motorcade operations and participating in emergency response efforts. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Chief at Triple Canopy, where Richard oversees tactical movements and personnel assignments, and significant positions at Blackwater USA, DynCorp International, and the Port Isabel Police Department. Richard holds a background in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas, completed in 1986.
