Neal Oliver

Neal Oliver is a Technical Consultant and Advisor at SoC.one, providing expertise in research support, technology evaluation, and strategic consulting for projects related to EDA and 5G network simulation since October 2022. Prior to this role, Neal served as a Principal Engineer in the Network Platforms Group at Intel from 2012 to 2022, focusing on edge computing solutions and operational analytics. Neal's extensive experience at Intel includes leading workload performance analysis and developing architecture for dataflow accelerators. Earlier positions encompass Senior Systems Architect at Dialogic Corporation, where Neal contributed to API and service provider interfaces, and Member of Technical Staff at AT&T Bell Laboratories, leading the development of embedded signal processing platforms. Neal holds a PhD in Computer Science from New York University, a BS in Mathematics from Michigan State University, and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.
