Scott Mendelson

Scott Mendelson currently serves as the Vice Chief of Neurology at Access TeleCare since January 2024, where responsibilities include leading the development of service-line practice standards, fostering clinician engagement, and ensuring regulatory compliance to enhance patient care quality. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of National Director of Neuro-emergencies at the University of Chicago from September 2019 to January 2024, also serving as an Assistant Professor. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine from The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, a Vascular Neurology Fellowship at Northwestern University - The Feinberg School of Medicine, a Doctor of Philosophy in Neurobiology and Neurosciences from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Biochemistry from Knox College.
